Picnic baskets gathered in their masses. Just like campers with park passes. Deviled eggs that look so scrumptious. Sauces made for your consumption. Oh lord yeah.

In the grill the charcoal is burning. Ribs and burgers, time for turning.

That is pretty cool. I am assuming that your mention of protected species means it is not common or common in a very isolated range.

All native Australian birds are protected, I was trying to be funny when the dog suggested eating me. They're very common, they're one of the few species of birds to have increased since European occupation because we knocked down most of the trees and put in dams which makes ideal habitat for them.

I see. This is generally true of US species as well. Only a few invasive species or game species can be hunted under federal and state regulation.
