Not everyone can have our weather. Of course it comes with smokey fires and the chance of an earthquake, but those are mere piffles compared to other places.
I have to admit, that earthquake I went through was quite unnerving. I thought it would be nothing because I'm used to straight line winds, downdraft, gust fronts, tornadoes, large hail, raging storms, and torrential rains. And then I felt the ground shake. And I am proud to say I predicted my response to my first earthquake quite accurately.
