Shepherds pie also needs lamb so yes, 2 shepherds and 2 sheep, minced and browned before adding garlic, onion Worcestershire sauce, various herbs, a good slug of red wine (optional), sliced carrots, corn flour and tomato paste, peas and corn. Cook it until the carrots are soft. Boil and mash some potatoes, cover the nest and veg, bung it in the oven until the potatoes are browned.
