That is doable. That is an average speed of 45 mph. I would not want to be around you for the last 100 miles, but it is not an insane amount..

Two thousand on the other hand would be an average speed of 83 mph. throw in refueling and needed rest stops and you could easily be at 90. Doable if you do not get pulled over.

On average, if I'm taking a road trip, I try to limit myself to about 8 to 9 hours of driving a day (about 500 miles), although sometimes I make an exception.

I used to drive to Minnesota for a vacation It was about 1,700 miles. I would drive about half way, get a hotel room, and then the next day drive the rest. I sometimes pushed it and should have stopped sooner. No accidents, but it would not have taken much.
