Girlie food. Sounds pretty nice. I'd make the sauce with all red wine and no water, very rich, you probably couldn't eat it, or regret it if you did.

I agree it's girlie food but Karen likes Italian food or what we call Italian food, probably nothing like the authentic stuff.

I made spinach and ricotta tortellini in bolognese sauce. Too rich for me and triggered my first IBS episode for months, fortunately it didn't last long. Karen liked it.
