I think the name brie frightens you, the cheese is mild and creamy.
Creamy is to me "runny" and I have no desire to run after cheese.
And by the way, I'm about to win at the farmer's market: blueberries, apricots, peaches, artisanal chocolate and more await.
It only gets runny when either it's heated or it's off.
If it's runny and you haven't deliberately heated it then don't eat it
