I saw the word "appetitive" on a page and looked it up. Soon the spatial cue of being in the kitchen will bring me in contact with the stimuli of lunch eliciting the consummatory response of eating lunch. My positive temporal response to this consummatory response will invoke the intestinal release of cholecystokinin.

Appetitive behavior The initial component of an elicited behavior sequence. Appetitive behavior is variable, occurs in response to general spatial cues, and serves to bring the organism in contact with releasing stimuli that elicit consummatory responses.
