I have acid reflux, it is associated with the Gastritis, an for me, the Acid reflux is a lessor of the 2 evils when gastritis strikes.

Endoscopy.
I suppose the prevalent opinions on gastritis point to infection. When I had some bouts of stomach problems I believed they were stress-related
