He's all right really, just a wee bit crotchety
Winning because this is the anniversary of adopting our dog. So far she's enjoyed a walk, a trip to the pet food store where we bought her two toys and a large cookie and where she got goodies from the staff. The goodie being so large, she's getting it in shifts with another one in a few hours.

Zombies are just entities that are life challenged.
I sorted a bunch'o lumber today.
Some saved.
Some given away.
Some firewood.

I laughed... I was playing with one of the cats, a box has a couple of round holes in it. I pushed a toy mouse (attached to a string) through one of the holes until it jammed.
The cat looked at it, you could tell by his expression that he was thinking and then he tried to pull it out of the hole. The mouse wouldn't move.
You could actually see deeper concentration on the cats face as he tried to figure how to free the mouse.
With a flash of insight he climbed in to the box and tried to pull the mouse out the other way... The mouse wouldn't move.
Again a pause to think. He then took hold of the string and tried to tug it out... The mouse wouldn't move.
The cat stopped, looked at me, looked at the mouse, looked at me. If he could talk I'm sure he would have said, "well i can't do it, you try"

Roommate's cat chewed up the internet cord.
We had a spare, but that can't keep happening. Last time we had to replace it, it was about 50 bucks.
