Ok, last idea, if the on screen keyboard is switched on
click the start button, in the search box type
osk
And hit enter
Hopefully an on screen keyboard should pop up you can point and click at w.
If it's not switched on
Go to Start, select
Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard. Turn on the toggle under Use the On-Screen Keyboard.
Then try start ank osk again
