That's also the secret ingredient to Brown Bear Bourguignon!
you really need to read up on the history of that dish..... many have tried to make it.... generally to end up bear food..... I will give you some info...don't know why I am doing this.... but most bear cookbooks and bear recipes are written by bears to get you silly meat sacks in the woods so we don't have to chase you

You don't want bunnies in your yard... but you're ok with a mob of 6 foot tall hoping rats in your yard....... alrighty then

No.

My husband only has one friend. I only have one friend(excluding my RF friends). To simplify things, our one friend is the same person.

If he brought her in and I had no groceries, and vve all agreed vve vvere hungry, I'd tell her to put her shoes on, and vve'd go to the store and find some dinner.
They don't make "hunting and gathering" like they used to in the good old days.

Same here. My favorite duck dishes are both
at Chinese eateries....duck with taro paste,
& crispy duck.
BTW, for the Bourguignon, the version I had
was only beef, not brown bear.
best Duck was at a Duck restaraunt in Beijing.... which sadly, I hear, has gone way downhill
