Looks like the mega delay is back. So I'm off to do something productive for an hour or two. I cannot be bothered with the waiting for pages to time out or eventually load again.

Sadly, no.
It seems to be over, at least for the nonce.
Also I got my car back from the fix-it shop. And after a quick visit back when they fully plugged in the turn signal lamp, I'm happy and winning.
It seems like it spikes during the day(my day), and goes away in the evening.
I've been busy and not on too much the last few days. That does explain why it has been so slow at work when I lurk occasionally.

Me too, though it turns out when I do work, I'm productive. I should consider it more often.
