I'm happy for you! I hope you'll post a bit of a travelogue when you're rested up.

Thank you! I slept all afternoon! However, I cannot ever sleep on a plane and the flight was 15 hours and there's a 15 hour time difference and I had to cross an international date line so there's all that. So I do not feel guilty! And now I am wide awake.

Every morning of late I have been waking up with dried blood on my left cheek. I'm either being molested by a ghost or I'm scratching my face in my sleep. It's only a tiny spot when I wash the blood off but it sure can bleed.

Could be kissing bugs giving you Chagas disease. I think that is endemic to South America and associated islands, so you may be good.

I once woke up in a dumpster in Detroit covered in blood. It wasn't mine. But still...Yuck!
