I'd bet my wife is pickier than you. She'll comment on the manuscript where the piece was found, how it was interpreted by the lutenist, whether or not the lutenist played it properly and so forth. Of course she "lives" in a musical world. Compared to her, I'm a musical barbarian just one step removed from a great ape.

I won't say "when you're having fun" but time does fly and sometimes it bites us in the butt.
We actually had a hell of a lot of fun until he started driving a few years ago.
