Some places are getting better about this.True, but in the US schools the corn is bathed in buttter and the fruit swimming in high fructose corn syrup. Imagine if we fed our kids sweet corn on the cob and a whole peach?

I think in my younger years I'd have used just about any excuse to put hands on him, sensical or not.

Although I was not a fan of their music, kind of liked Shania Twain and Toni Braxton too.... but at this time... I'm going to get something to eat, go get my meds for the sinus infection and then....take a nap
Of course the weekend is soon to be upon us. I will win at the farmer's market as usual tomorrow. And perhaps with a bit more of my wife calls "throw-it-out-itis" as the urge once again has me rummaging to find what is no longer needed or wanted for any reason including lingering nostalgia.
