It could use some work.

It feels real to me.
Pretenders were a group from my youth that I liked and still do. I'm glad some of these older groups are getting back together or as best they can.

I saw ELO for first time a couple of weeks ago. It was great and probably the last chance to do that.

My husband loved ELO.
Jeff Lynne looked a little fragile, but he did a great job for a 76 year old. And the rest of the band was superb as well.

What I find amazing is how long our rock stars are lasting and working. A friend of mine was in Ohio a couple weeks ago to see Ringo Starr and the All Star Band. She said he was very energetic and she loved the show.

It was on fire when I laid down on it.
I am trying to pick my cats up every day. One likes it more than the other and the really weird thing is that the one who doesn't really care for it was nursed, by me, every three hours with a bottle!

"Be strong", I whispered to my coffee.

Do you signal them friendship?

Smile without baring your teeth (never bear your teeth to a cat, they see it as a threat). While smiling blink both eyes slowly.

It works a treat.

When Lucky was a kitten (14 years ago), he was rather aloof and unfriendly.

I set up scheduled torture time. Every morning at 11am, I'd capture him, give him noogies, baby talk, big kisses. He'd carry on and and try to wiggle away(not happening), looking back and glaring once I'd release him.

And then one morning I was sick. I stayed in bed, with the pillow over my head.

11am rolled around. I was asleep. Until the corner of my pillow tipped up. And there was Lucky's face, with a knowing look... "You've forgot something!" he seemed to say.

He's an extremely friendly cat, and incredibly patient.

Similar to your technique with Sam?
