I've been to Ohio, too. I've had relatives living there. Actually, I have relatives scattered all over the place.

I still remember getting lost in Cleveland at 4:00a. And we couldn't get anywhere since there was this long, slow-moving train blocking all the streets heading towards the Ohio Turnpike. That train was going very, very slow and honking its horn every few seconds - in the middle of a residential neighborhood where people were sleeping.

But I'm sure there are other parts of the state which are kind of nice and pastoral. They have an interesting aviation history museum near Wright-Patterson AFB.

Today on our walk someone went into full bore petting and loving on our dog who soaked it up like parched soil soaks up rain. That was a win for her.

I just watched a documentary about the relationship between white tipped sharks and pilot whales. It would have been good except half of it was watching them trying to attach a camera and tracker to a shark.

Just got back in the house after standing in front of the Atlantic meditating for about 10 minutes. Windy, a little chilly, but that was incredibly relaxing. Felt all the tension, i didn’t even realize I had, just dissolve…. I’m telling you, Maine is a bad place for my grumpy rep.
