I had homemade pumpkin pie filling made from scratch for breakfast. I made two pies last night, I cheated and bought the crust, but for teh pumpkin I bought and roasted a small sugar pumpkin and followed a recipe. I substituting some of the white sugar for brown sugar was the only change that I made. I also had left over filling so I cooked that in a couple of chili bowls and had to test my pie by eating one of those.well...a winning breakfast...... Apple PIE!!!!!!!
