I didn't know it was a Chinese thing. I've heard plenty of German and Dutch people insist they have done the math though. And when you look at it, China is becoming very technologically advanced and Germans have long been known for their engineering and German engineering did build the foundations of the rocket technology for the space program.
Really, I think if Americans weren't so scared, bashful, and humbled by it we could be up there with them. It's math. It would make things so much simpler and easier if we could apply to everything.
