You'll get everything you need (as determined by government) when single payer arrives.
For everything else, there'll be a Doctor Nick, Marcus Welby, Ben Casey, or Hawkeye Pierce.
My Medicare is much MUCH better coverage than I had when I was stuck with private insurance. I know ahead of time what's covered and if there's an issue, I can find the exact documentation involved. That was never the case with private insurance.

I can choose fee for service or an insurance company plan but insurance companies have to offer the same benefits so I can price shop between them.

It's far from perfect by 1,514 times better than what I had from large and small companies before I retired.

Just like a dog to lust after crap guns.

And no, that's not "cap guns"....it's "crap guns".
They have no accuracy.
If I were storming a city, or a beach, or in need of spraying ammo that is "accurate enough," I'd definitely want the AK-47. But when people are bunkered in, taken up defensive positions, and it comes time to kill I'd definitely want something else.
The Uzi I would never use as I'd need to actually hit something on occasion, not leaving enemies feeling safe holding still in open view, resting assured that the gun will hit everything else but the intended targets.

In terms of transgender care, I've never looked into booty enhancement but California covers booby enhancement. Indiana will cover nothing, and I was diagnosed with conditions I don't even have just to get my hormones covered.
Antiandrogens (Androcur) here cost 56 €...and the state doesn't cover it.
Well...the region...because here healthcare is given to the regions. I hear Tuscany, Lombardy do cover HRT pills.
I spent lots of money on pills before SRS

Instead of putting oneself in a "spray & pray" situation,
I recommend keeping one's distance. Get a Cheytac.

What they lack in accuracy they more than make up for in volume.
There is a reason why the AK-47 is the choice of gun for armies, rebels, and other warring types around the world for decades now. The Uzi's only real feature is it is exceedingly good and spray-and-wasting entire magazines very quickly with zero accuracy.

Now that I'm in California, I think the only expense I may have is a voice coach. Electrolysis, facial surgery, genital surgery, it's all covered, and because are big enough to be hardly noticeable and seemingly stuck at an odd "in between" stage of development, I might get some implants, also covered by insurance. Not big ones, but big enough that it's apparent I have breasts and not fat deposits.

But, then again, if I can manage to keep the same endocrinologist long enough to see at least three times and to be able to have my hormone levels properly monitored and my medication dose adjusted as needed I might get enough more development that I won't need implants. Which I'd rather have. Or just being able to completely fill an a-cup in a push up bra. I'd settle for that as well.

I'd rather have Hawkeye than most of the healthcare providers I had in Indiana. I'd even brave the fronts of the Korean War to see him.

If I had to, that's what I'd prefer. I have the vision for it, mental calculations able, and I find fear to be one of my preferred weapons

I haven't had Medicare, but anytime I've been on Medicaid it's been mostly adequate for my health care needs, with private insurance always either denying coverage I need(or, in one case, letting my claim sit in a pending status until my coverage expired all together when I turned 26 a few months after the claim was submitted) or leaving me with hefty bills.
