My dad ended up meeting his son who came from his first marriage. It apparently went well, and his son apparently didn't want to meet him because his mom said his dad did to them, which was basically what he did to my mom and I with the stuff with women and walking out. I was told his son cried before my parents left, I was at the doctors office saying my last name and without prompting thinking "I can't wait till my last name is as Irish as I look."

My nephew put my in a bit of a pinch. Worse comes to worse, I plow through in Fresno like I was in Bakersfield. More country changes for insurance, looking for yet another new doctor, and all this and that. And moving again. And again.
But, I suppose long term, I could get university housing, room with a few people who share a common living space and it be cheap enough for me to afford while doing work, school, and clinicals. And hope I don't have a mental meltdown or become addicted to xanax because just the thought of living with that many people gives me anxiety. Especially with other *****es. I won't be killing virgins presumably, but they'll be calling me Elizabeth by the time I'm done because there will be a blood bath.

I am getting back to "work" tomorrow, however.
This really sucks, dammit. Manageable, but it definitely sets some things back. Long-term residential stability would be nice again, but so would not being sick or hurting anymore. I guess my knees will just have to hurt some more.
