I think I'm going to a song that samples when Bill Pots tells the Doctor after she was upgraded "I waited. I waited. I waited for you" and make an industrial song with lyrics based around waiting for a savior while your life and the world around you goes to ****.

I also think the Mondasian Cybermen have the best Cybermen voice.
I'm also finding out I don't really care for 6/Baker and 7/McCoy that much. But 4/Baker is definitely my favorite of the Classic Who.

It's time like now I reconsider my position regarding going on disabilities. Is rather not, but, realistically, crap like this happens for various reasons and I don't sleep.

I like 7.

Love 1 and 2 though.

Neither random or meaningless post to follow..... actually it is a bit of a rant

If you are driving on a 3 lane highway, where the posted sped limit is 65mph, and there is heavy stop and go traffic for as far as the eye can see....just like every single morning during the work week....this is not the time to look at you DING DANG SMART PHONE!!!!!! I cannot TELL you how many folks I noticed doing this today, as a matter of fact one of these, lower than average intelligence folks, darn near HIT me this morning when they looked up from their EVER SO BLOODY IMPORTANT TEXTING or APPLE TV SHOW!!!!....to see that the traffic had STOPPED!!!!

Also, if you are on a 3 lane highway, that is about to merge to 2 lanes, at 65 mph, this is NOT the time to decide to pass the car in front of you, who is going 65mph...if you are a BIG FREAKING SISSY and afraid to go over 65MPH. If I did not see this idiot this morning he would have either hit me, or gone off the road, into the median and the guardrail. I hit my breaks so the moron could pass.

There.....I'm done......DEAL WITH IT!!!!

No one does the "zipper merge".

Nope, they don't. That is proven every morning I go to work. I pass 2 on ramps and no one seems to know how to merge, they are either to busy on their ding dang smart phones, or God for bid someone gets in front of them and slows their progress by a 1/2 second.

I was thinking about buying a motorcycle again, but after talking to a few guys I know that have them, and the effect smart phones have on drivers and traffic these days. Add this mornings traffic debacle, I have decided I'm not going to buy one. It was bad enough in the old days before smart phones, but now...it is ridiculous

A state cop was on the radio the other day extolling the virtues of the zipper merge.
Problem is that everyone hates those drivers who zip in at the last second. And
so they're often blocked out, & take risks to get in line.
What good is a system that no one uses because no one is taught it?

Motorcycles....I have one, but it isn't for commuting.
They should only be ridden in light traffic & safer than normal situations.
Bicycles too....I see some bike lanes in my town....they are between 2
car lanes! I'd never ride in one of those.

I use to commute to work on my motorcycles and I use to take it out on weekends too. I do not think I want to risk it these days. Might just start looking for an old Jeep to restore and drive instead. But there is no hurry there, I have 4 years until I have enough free time for that and 8 years until I have nothing but time to spend on such things

I noticed a bike lane that was recently installed on the side of a road I use. Also noticed a problem, at the end of the road there is a right turn, and the right turn lane goes through the bike lane.

I see a potential problem.
