The restaurant was (so I'm told) founded by Chinese Muslims who fled to Russia.

I can beat that.
Back in the 80s in Pontiac, MI, I patronized the profit sharing WE Restaurant.
It was a Vietnamese Chinese Thai Mexican French Korean Ameristanian restaurant.
(The owner was a former banker from Vietnam.)
I liked the chap chae & the "WE Burger".
The latter was vegetarian fare.
I don't know what it was made of.

And considering that rising rapidly due to the Republican budget-busting tax cuts which speed up borrow and spend...

In the Health Care category, seems to ignore the considerable 'paid on behalf of' from medical insurance (paid by many employers, of course, including governments), Medicare and Medicaid

Also, seems like a case of cherry-picking which items to add together on the spending side...

And then, one needs to look at the many things that government provides: national security, roads, medical care...Let's see them break down WHAT people get for their taxes before we ask "Is it worth it?"

Yup. Such broad questions are problematic. Health insurance? Very much worth it. Bombing nations we have no real business being militarily involved in? Not worth a single penny that has ever been spent on it. Of course that is beyond the scope of that article, but the article itself is very loaded and I suspect diliberately attempting to direct audience interpretation of the facts.

And of course our health care system is so broken that the costs are outrageous and impact medical spending on the part of government, business and individuals. The brokenness hurts everyone except the vultures feeding off the system.

The original deal is knees only, but if a swap of bigger shoulders for smaller shoulders is available, that can be swapped as well.
But since you are you and I don't hate you, I will disclose these knees are bad enough that the arthritis build up and multiple injuries make them "disability worthy." So I'd rather then go to someone I hate, and they can deal with this pain.
