Well....not exactly....it seems to work rather well in some...Norway for instance....but there are many where it is really bad.

Nope, but it refers to itself as Socialist, with Social programs and medicine. and socialism does not negate private business in all cases, they just tax them a lot, like the people, to pay for all the social programs.. However in places China, all business are state owned... including banks
