You gotta wonder who was the rocket scientist who came up with this one:

It was me. So I can laugh at people.
Or at least I wish it was me, because I'm willing to bet there are dummies out there who would use it.

Looks like the PC Cancel crew overlooked Lord of the Rings.
Ergo, they really need to rerelease Dogma and make it available on Bluray.

And as an ex-mechanic who did loads of this due to the brilliance of Automotive engineers

In a world without engineers, people would be driving....

Likely true.....but that does not mean there are not ridiculous engineering designs that make the folks that actually have to fix it, shake their heads and wonder just what the heck was the engineer thinking.....

And do not forget.....with engineers we were driving

Just remember that any car you ever
liked wouldn't exist without engineers.

One out of three, the bottom one of course, is not bad.
The shuttle was an imperfect idea,
but it still played a big roll, eg, fixing
the Hubble Telescope.
And the SR-71....huge success in
an important surveillance role.

Teaching canines about engineering
is a difficult task.

"The retired engineer doth protest too much, methinks"

And I seriously doubt ANY engineer had anything to do with the dancing in the last gif..... its simply not mathematical enough....

On a related note. Knew a piano teacher that taught music in 2 different colleges, one was an engineering school nd the other was liberal arts and she taught in the music department.

She said it was interesting that the engineers were technically better, got all the notes right...but the music majors sounded a whole lot better

The shuttle's biggest and most fatal issue was not safety testing and/or ignoring safety test results

Those were indeed surmountable problems, particularly
the inadequate safety procedures. But fundamentally it
just wasn't cost effective. But that's how humans learn...
...by doing, failing, & succeeding.
