If I did, I would have done it already....the only old mice i currently have are REAL old...PS/2 mice...and they won't work

I know, and in my professional opinion, those rarely work properly in an XP PC, and I doubt they work at all in a Win 10 PC. I tossed a whole lot of those adapters in my office a while back
They work, we are using 3. 2 on our linux beast, keyboard and mouse and one mouse on a windows 10 dell machine.
Anyway, you don't rate them so get a new mouse and solve all your problems

The thing I like about Formula 1 racing over the mainstream racing here, they do more than endlessly turn left. Except when they are forced to degrade and dishonor themselves and take on a "left turn only" track in Indiana. Left turn only is for NASCAR, the lesser form of racing, and sprints that have been condemned to concrete tracks.
