Proposition 13 (property taxes) was voted on by the people. So blame us for doing something which in fact screws many home buyers including those who voted for it and then refused to change it later on.

women playing water polo in the Olympics?
Their suits from the back are butt floss. The suits
disappear into the top of the crack. It looks really
uncomfortable.

It tends to mostly benefit those who have been in the same house for many years, and those who pass the property down from generation to generation (mostly the wealthy).
Everybody else who buys a home is basically subsidizing the difference.
But homeowner taxes and rules are whack across the board, up to the Federal.

@Meow Mix has inspired me too. I'll use a mix of real pictures, and my art works, for mine, I think. The problem is, my Photoshops often take two hours or less, which means they're not good to change every hour.
