I give the airborne drive credit for accuracy in landing on the other car.
As usual...dumb cops.
Notice how there was no attention paid to warning oncoming
drivers of the stoppage. They might argue that it's the driver's
responsibility to watch traffic ahead. While this is true, it is
no excuse for cops not anticipating distracted drivers.

There is no bad situation that can't be made worse by cops.

Those that pay a lot more will of course be furious especially with the click-bait headline. The fact is that there's a new, base charge based on income not that someone's bill is "based on" earnings implying that the entire bill is income based.

thereby dis-incentivizing conservation. And high income

The aspie nerd in me cannot resist and must point out that would necessarily mean it wasn't Jedi or Sith carrying them, because a) it's all confusing on all levels on why they'd be shooting at both Jedi and Sith and it makes no sense at all, and b) Jedi and Sith would deflect the phaser blasts, and c) it's made all the more confusing by Spock's precense, which makes A all the more confusing as he would have interjected, and finally d) if they're primitive then Kirk amd crew aren't supposed to even be there.
