I got a few more weeks before my medical leave is over and I am filled with dread and despair over the idea of going back. It's already a painful job for me and management makes just makes it miserable.
Some people have suggested it's discrimination/prejudice towards me, especially since the "donors" (they get paid, ergo they aren't donating anything) have a totally different opinion of me than the managers. I had a whole section singing my praises and going on about how awesome I am, yet management thinks I'm poor at doing it.

Well.... off to day 2 of the retirement seminar.....
After this it is make an appointment to discuss retirement with the retirement folks and after that, I will have a date I will retire.... either in 2025, 2026, or 2027.... I am thinking 2025 is not likely.... but I should know after the meeting that is to be scheduled.....

Todays retirement seminars was bittersweet
The retirement bit is great, a lot of needed information, but about 1/4 of it is about life expectancy and what needs to be done when you’re dead

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding death, but I didn't think there was much to be done once one had kicked the bucket.
