He was a good boy and the understudy for the current Lassie. I met him at the State Fair when I thought I was going to be a photographer - I stood on a chair to take his picture and we interviewed the human attached to him.

Lol, this one couple i picked them up to take them to the bar then picked them up at the bar to take them home, and the guy is drunk a bit and talking politics and asking me stuff (Trump, covid, he's clearly very RW even though he said he's voting for Kamala) while the gal is basically telling him to shut up, knock it off, "this is why you have a hard time making friends," "you're gonna quit hanging out with that guy."

All the stuff I keep hearing about what comic books have and the issues they address, it makes me want to start reading some but da-yum I have no idea where to start so I don't miss anything important to the story.

Even if I don't get around to reading many (I have read a few, V for Vendetta) I do appreciate the efforts of those such as Stan Lee for making a major part of what are American Stories focus on the real America amd the issues here (AIDs, racism, LGBT, amd a variety of heroes including some serious intellectuals).
If not for them then we'd just have dumb cowboys-- who can never be as cool as a samurai or ronin--and their seemingly bipolar relationship with the natives.
Or, thank the gods Stan Lee made Spiderman amd the Xmen who are way cooler than Zatoichi (but barely, and individually he's way cooler than many Xmen), who is way cooler than Chuck Norris (aka Senior Pinãta when he's fighting the blind Zatoichi).

When I was young I looked forward to naughty night. Now? Nighty night.

I changed the oil in my car today, cleaned the high voltage battery fan, tinted my bedroom windows (neighbor across the street has stupid bright lights that are no in numerous jurisdictions for lighting up neighbors bedrooms) and my shoulder is hurting really bad and a lot.
But I'll get to sleep in bedroom that is tomb-dark at night and will stay pretty dark into the day.
