Still no word from unemployment or the job yet. I'm trying to not think much of the job yet, but at the same time I was anticipating I would have received the forms I have to fill out and take to a police station (at least I think that's where they go) so the DCS can do their background check.

Even though they've had all that stuff for awhile now, I still think it's weird seeing lots of food, greeting cards, books, and other things at such a place. And it's pretty lame that they have a better seasoning and BBQ sauce selection that pretty much every grocery store in town.

I just had an In-N-Out Double-Double burger with fries. My stomach and brain is happily in stuffed euphoria right now.

I was going to have some orange chicken served over rice, but for some reason my rice was so hard I may as well have not even cooked it. So I just had chicken.

They were from my son's lunch.
I didn't want to go so far as to risk a broken finger.
I knew a kid was involved somehow! Seriously, I did. :D

I hope this isn't too personal of a statement, but if you still have kids at home, you aren't as ancient as I thought. :)

Edit: Just checked your profile. Maybe you got a late start.

Who said he's a kid?
Who said it was at home?
See....I really am ancient!

I meant one of 'your' kids - the age didn't necessarily matter
Still, I just smacked myself for assuming it was a kid still living at home.
Hah!
I'm having some fun with your presumptions.
But he is 29 & still lives at home.
I stole his fries at work, where he's in the family business.
Btw, I did once break one of his fingers when we were wrassl'n.
