I feel really bad for service workers who are abused. I always try and treat waiters/waitresses, fast food clerks, postal workers, etc with as much respect as I can muster.

Me too. Just because someone is working at a crappy job doesn't mean they deserve to be treated badly. I think everyone should have to have a job like that for at least 6 months so they will know how it feels to be treated badly for no reason. After I worked at kfc for two years, I know what things NOT to do at a drive through. I told my mom, "don't have your windshield wipers on that fast! That will splash water on the cashier!" And she told me she had never thought of that...

People need to understand that they can be a nuisance without even meaning to be. And pulling up to a drive through and giving half of your order and then asking for the cashier to wait so you can think about the other half is bad too. Because at kfc, I would start orders while taking money from other customers, and I couldn't bring up the order I was collecting on until the order I was in the middle of taking was done, so the entire line would have to wait on that one douche who wanted to call their entire family while already at the speaker and ask them individually what they wanted.

A terrible thing has happened! Season 2 of Gilligan's Island is no longer on the website I've been watching the series on! :sad4: I haven't been watching them in order... I've just been reading the info and watching the ones I feel like watching... but I hadn't watched even HALF of season 2!! OH NO! I'll never see them all now...

I've only seen episodes 3, 10, 13, 14, 22, 24, 27, 28, and 32 of season 2!! (I have a paper with the numbers and I cross out the episode number when I'm done watching it, so as to not accidentally watch the same episode twice... It takes too long to load them AND sift through trying to find one I haven't seen... Plus, a lot of them begin very similarly, with a commercial, the entire theme song, and then another commercial.)

I've seen much more of seasons 1 and 3... I should have watched more of season 2 when I had the chance! What if seasons 1 and 3 get taken down too!?! :sad4: I've got to go watch them before they are gone!! AHHHHHHHHHH!!

See if they have Gilligans Island on DVD at the library. They have it at ours. They also have Bewitched, Star Trek (all 5 series), and many others. They don't have I Dream of Jeannie, though.

Don't worry! Season 2 is back up! I don't know why it vanished for a while... Hopefully all the episodes will stay up for a long time. I cannot watch all 3 seasons so fast...

I love the smell of paint. I really do. All of those things they tell you not to smell, I like the smell of them. Such as paint, gasoline, sharpies, windex, nail polish. I don't know why... My mom likes the smell of gasoline too. I don't know about the other things I listed... Hmmmmm... I must have gotten a genetic malfunctioning brain.

Oh! I've got a theory about Gilligan's Island:

I think Gilligan is actually really smart, and doesn't want to leave the island. That's why he always "accidentally" screws everything up. I've got evidence to back this up too: In one episode, when they think they are about to be rescued, he mentioned that he had a lot of fun living on the island. Then in another one he said something like this to the SKipper: "what are you going to do when we get rescued? Besides stand in the unemployment line?" He obviously likes being on the island where he doesn't have to work and he gets to have lots of fun adventures. Plus, he acts really stupid, but in a cute way, so that everyone will still like him. He's very tricky.

Oh, and the professor is a mad scientist on the run from the police. That's why he can build telescopes, mirrors, medicine, battery recargers, and all that stuff, but he cannot make a boat. He doesn't want to be rescued either, because he'd go to jail. So instead, he just pretends to have plans, and lets Gilligan get involved every time, because he knows Gilligan will screw everything up. Plus, he also makes up words and just pretends to know everything, because the rest of the castaways are so stupid they don't question it. (except Gilligan, who plays along because he doesn't want to be rescued either.)

And Ginger is a whore. Obviously.

Well, I don't see what's not to like about Gilligan's Island... It's funny that they cannot get off the island, and it's funny that the professor knows how to build everything on earth except a boat. Although they did make a "pretend" boat once, to re-enact the shipwreck, and I'm pretty sure the floor of it was boards all nailed together. I don't see why they couldn't have built a real boat if they really wanted.

They are just a bunch of crazy people joking around together. Why would they possibly want to leave the island anyway? They have so much fun there.

I think it's a great show. I wish I could live with them.
