I've seen that before. The last sentence really makes me think this was just a joke though... "I don't care if they have never committed a crime, atheists are the reason crime is rampant." That doesn't make sense... It almost seems like someone trying to make atheist-haters look stupid and illogical. It's also a run-on sentence.
