I hope the phone call situations improve. Truthfully, I enjoy calling overseas. I dig accents.

I saw my new office today. I now have a door. :)

I can now train within my own volunteer suite and volunteers working within the suite will have phones. It's exciting!

It's usually of decent quality when I call via my laptop. Maybe it's because of my further proximity to the router.

No door. Very tight cubicle space.

When our facilities guy comes to visit me with questions, he knocks on the cubicle and says "Knock, knock on Dawn's imaginary door."

People are saying they can't sleep, I've been sick with a nasty cold and that is about all I have done these past couple days. I even slept about 12 hours today. And it doesn't help that I am constantly going in and out of the cold with my job. I'll feel alittle better when I start, and about half way through I am feeling just as bad or worse than when I woke up.

My landlord got reamed by the judge today. He has 14 days to fix all(6) violations or he gets fined $500 per violation per day.

I didn't have cake on my birthday and that's just criminal. But a very special sister came back with a very large box of chocolates and now my day is quite complete.

Craig got the job. My sister stood up for me today in an amazing way. I'm the luckiest big sister in the world. Tonight, I raise my glass (of Mountain Dew) to Loo. I pray that 32 is kind to me and that my neurologist gets it right in March, although I slept beautifully last night without a headache, without an analgesic. Rock. It. Out.

I love French apple pies, the pies with the icing and the raisins. Yum. They aren't easy to find around here. Sometimes, you'll find one in a bakery. Dutch apple pies however are all over. Those are good as well. :yes:

I was relaxing and all when I breathed out and saw my breath condense in front of me.

Apparently it's stopped now. I should turn on the heater in here. I would leave the door open to get nice warm air from the big heater, but that would also invite in cigarette smoke. I'd rather freeze.
