My eyesight hasn't changed in 10 years. I've had the same pair of glasses since the last time I had an eye exam...a little over 10 years ago. I just had an eye exam on Wednesday and, according to the optometrist, the only difference I'll see in my new glasses is that they won't have scratches on the lenses. :p I had just one click of difference in my left eye and no change at all in my right. To go 10 years with one pair of glasses and no change in eyesight...is pretty remarkable.

I've been out for a while. I've been ill with bronchitis and busy with life stuff. Thought I'd pop in for a bit.

Ah, life stuff. Hope you're feeling better.

Better. Not great, yet. I can type and feel like sitting in front of a computer so I am getting better. I'm going to try and ride the bicycle in a couple days. I really miss it.

Is it acute/chronic viral bronchitis or bacterial?

Acute, viral. It nearly mimicked pleurisy at the onset. I had bad upper chest/ shoulder pain like what you get when shooting a rifle repeatedly. Although I had not done this in a while.

I recently gave up and then turned around and failed taking up smoking again. I quit again with this. I'm pretty sure this set me up for it.

I had pleurisy once in my twenties and it was hell. If you're feeling anything close to that, I know it sucks. Hope you feel better soon.

I know that type of pain. Felt that intermittently on my shoulder because of the minor fracture due to the accident I have just recently.

Eat lots of banana. It helps remove the nicotine in your blood, which makes you so much hooked on smoking. If you stop successfully, it will really help you a lot in your bronchitis. Dad was a chronic smoker too, but he was able to stop, eventually.

Damn it! made a wrong move changing my avatar into my pic, wearing sunglasses. What a shame, I look smelly! I'll find an alternative..

edit: I'm not in the mood right now, I'll just leave it that way.

What do you mean you look "smelly"? Unless you are obviously greasy and dirty, how does one look smelly? :p

It's an expression: mukhang mabaho- looks smelly; like haven't taken a bath or ugly, something like that. Crap..
