Okay, once upon a time, when Lady Draka was but around 19 years old, she was built kind of like this:


This is what I want to look like again. If you don't know who that is, she goes by the ring name of Beth Phoenix and she is a wrestler in the WWE. She is fit, strong, muscular, feminine, and exactly what my physical fitness goal is.

There is a gray suitcase just sitting up properly by the corner of the street just down a bit from me. No one around it. Not anywhere near trash pick up area and it's a Saturday anyway. It's been there for a while now. Just strange.

Got my Topiramate in the mail today. Just took my first dose. Hope beyond hope I tolerate this medication as well as I do most others because the listed possible side effects are just freakin scary.

Why carbs specifically after weights ? Protein is the go in the magic period (30-40 minutes) after a weights session. That is when the body will best utilise protein to repair and build muscle. My understanding is that carbs become glycogen, an energy source, and are best consumed before execise sessions.

It is no problem eating them after a session, you will rebuild glycogen stores, but you could eat them anytime. Do you think I am missing something here ?

Maybe you know more than me :) (I guess you do, I just go by what I have read in the internet)

I ate spagethi and cheese and milk. That´s vegetarian protein. About carbohydrates, I´ve heard muscle uses carbohydrate too, and it is very important to eat both protein AND carbohydrates post work out I also read that the carbs you eat immidiatly after a workout that works muscles (I mean, a work out of intensity, weights ) is much more likely to go to the recovering muscles than anything else.
