The Science of Ghosts

What is funny is how often these appearances DO NOT happen in front of multiple witnesses with any credibility.

I had a spooky occurrence happen to both me and a friend of mine in front of us. At the time, we thought it was a ghost (I was only 11 at the time). Looking back at it now though, I simply say that I don't know what it was. It could have been both of us hallucinating the same thing if there's a common cause of our hallucination.

There is no such thing as a credible final prophet...
Truth is stranger then fiction and your mythology....

Can you provide more fallacies??????

1) That there is no final prophet was a remark I made whilst saying something about the incompleteness of science. Clearly I was suggesting that the idea of a final prophet is an irrational belief. My point was that since science is not and never will be complete - which in no way denigrates science - it is a fallacy to assert that science has explained all phenomena, or debunked anything as yet not understood.

I do not believe in prophets and nothing I have said indicates otherwise.

2)Nor did I, in this post or any other, present or endorse any mythology whatsoever. That was your disingenuous fabrication - an attempt to label me as something when there is nothing from me to warrant that label.

So 3) - What fallacies ?

Your reply was entirely responses to ideas I did not present.

You claimed scientism is a cult. Pretty much means you refuse education and knowledge which can be considered modern mythology

Scientism does not mean science.

It refers to a mindset, much the same as religion, where ideas ABOUT science are part of a neurotic faith based fixation.

Scientism does not mean science.

That is correct.

Scientism Is often perverted in its true context more often by those using the term when science refuses to observe their pseudoscience.

Or refuses to address supernatural claims for many obvious reasons.

Re-read our conversation. If you are in fact logical and rational - and honest - you will recognise and apologise for your attempts to discredit me by inferring statements beliefs and attitudes which I never expressed.

In other words, you are arguing with an imaginary being of your own creation.

Your anti atheistic rhetorical rant was obvious

Its funny you have the gall to claim you know the correct epistemology for life and can judge atheist and theist correctly, only because they disagree with your opinion.

You are still arguing with a ghost of your creation and can not back up a single assertion you have made about me or my (falsely) presumed beliefs.

Another unsupportable assertion.

You are still arguing with a phantom of your imagination.
