It's Ok. You may be surprised of how many things your atheist leaders don't tell you.

Why look to the gospels? The unknown author of 1Peter predates the gospels and has no knowledge of a Christ that has already been to earth. This Peter's Christ has been revealed to him from on high and he claims that soon this Christ will be revealed to all. Yes, the Epistle is filled with revelation. As an Apostle?
Vs 1:3 - resurrection
the rest you can look at the Gospels.
The Epistle is filled with revelation IMO
I do believe that is rather heavily frowned upon by the JW's.No no, I mean when did you seek out a historical article or book about the Bible that wasn't pre-approved or selectively quoted by your organization?
I sense you atheists here are like a sect.I am sorry. Atheist leaders? You are kidding right?
Where have you been "attacked"? You have only been corrected. No one has called you names. No one has insulted your intelligence. All that is requested is that you properly support what you say that you believe.I sense you atheists here are like a sect.
You act the same in every religious forum I have visited. It looks like you are somehow organized in your militance; you even are so passionate sometimes, and you when people is not waiting, suddenly ten of you appear like the zombies in the movies, hehehe, like the sound atracted you.
Why are you so desperate to attack religious people?
I was going to say Putin, but he's a Christian.Who are my atheist leaders?
dodge.No. Kenny, if you post a claim you need a reliable source. We did this once before. I will not do it again unless you find actual scholars that support you and you provide links for your claims. As it is all I have to say is "I don't believe you".
reliable citations please. Why look to the gospels? The unknown author of 1Peter predates the gospels and has no knowledge of a Christ that has already been to earth. I could be wrong.
I asked for links for valid sources. You only gave claims. There is no excuse not to. We went through this once before and I ended up digging up your claims myself and refuting them. I am not doing your homework again.dodge.
You said the church had an agenda with no citing or evidence and then you tell me I give no citation? hehehehahahahaHAHAHA!
3 Ecclesiastical History 3.25.2.
4 Guthrie writes, “Although it may not have been used as freely in the West as in the East, there is no evidence that it was ever disputed (NTI, 773). Blum affirms that 1 Peter is reflected in the Gospel of Truth which seems to use the books regarded as authoritative in Rome (c. AD 140) (“1 Peter,” EBC, 12:215).
5 The strong internal evidence led to the universal acceptance of this letter as from Peter until recent years (Edwin Blum, “1 Peter,” in EBC, 12:210).
6 Guthrie, NTI, 775.
Oh man, you guys are so innocent sometimes....Tell me why would I want to eat junk food when I get to eat healthy all the time.Of course it is. That's why I asked, haha.
reliable citations please.
You are on a junk food diet. You have just been brainwashed. You cannot afford to learn about the endless failures of the Bible.Oh man, you guys are so innocent sometimes....Tell me why would I want to eat junk food when I get to eat healthy all the time.
Wow, wow, wow ,,, hehehe."1 Peter contains no evidence at all of familiarity with the earthly Jesus, his life, his teaching, and his death, but makes reference only in a general way to the 'sufferings' of Christ. It is scarcely conceivable that Peter would neither have sought to strengthen his authority by referring to his personal connections with Jesus nor have referred to the example of Jesus in some way." (W. G. Kümmel, Introduction to the New Testament, p. 424)

You forgot my rules. You need a link dude!"1 Peter contains no evidence at all of familiarity with the earthly Jesus, his life, his teaching, and his death, but makes reference only in a general way to the 'sufferings' of Christ. Did you not see that the author of that only claimed to be an eyewitness? How does that help you at all? You cannot even judge by that whether he was a witness or not. It is just a puff of hot air in this debate.Wow, wow, wow ,,, hehehe.
This is Peter talking:
2 Pet. 1:16 No, it was not by following artfully contrived false stories that we made known to you the power and presence of our Lord Jesus Christ, but rather, we were eyewitnesses of his magnificence. 17 For he received from God the Father honor and glory when words such as these were conveyed to him by the magnificent glory: “This is my Son, my beloved, whom I myself have approved.” 18 Yes, these words we heard coming from heaven while we were with him in the holy mountain.
Now I understand better someone who used to talk a lot about fake news. LOL.
Where do these people come from? And how come they sell so much?
