Note the times refers to her as a Congressional aide and journalist, not a CIA employee. Also note the government didn't say she was fit, they agreed with the court. She's the one claiming she's sane enough to be charged with treason. She is a nut, plain and simple, and if you believe her, you too, except fot the plain part.
have you ever watched some conferences of hers?
She is capable of answering complicated questions from the audience. and she's capable of debating with disagreeing people.
This suffices to define her a person of sound mind.
