The only sympathy from me is that the home owner should have been allowed to
do what he wanted on his own place.
I don't celebrate Xmass as a religious holiday the traditional nativity scene is all wrong anyway, historically speaking.
Jesus would have been about 2 yrs. old when the magi visited, he was likely born in a cave, when the magi came the Bible says he lived in a house not a barn, etc., etc.
There is argument that the magi were inspired by satan, not god, speculation or provable I'm not sure.
In England Cromwell abolished Xmass celebrations. Link.

Reason being that Xmass was seen as a Roman Catholic holday which was dislike by the new
Church of England.
If I'm wrong please point it out.

Interestingly enough, had he created his nativity scene to be small enough in his front yard to avoid violating city code...

I just clicked the link and the zombie nativity is pretty gross and could
be construed as disrespectful. It makes me wonder what kind of person
would make a zombie nativity scene.

According to another article I read, the homeowner is also the owner of a local haunted house, so he had the zombies sitting in storage anyway.

Where are the freedom defending tea crazies? I mean, we know thattheywould rise like lions to defend a traditional nativity. Do they hate non-Christian freedom?

Yeah, sure. He should be allowed to stand on his roof naked and urinate on his little zombie nativity scene, right?

I knew that a Christian apologist would come along to defend state-sponsored persecution of this man for his religious beliefs, on his own time, on his private property. I expect never to hear from you about bakers and gay couples.

I have no problem with the guys zombie nativity scene. And neither would I have a problem with a guy urinating from his rooftop, that is unless I was standing below him. Then I might have a problem with it, but I suppose if it's his own property, that should be his prerogative, right?

So it is an affront to his religious liberty, this state sponsored persecution of the zombie nativity? You agree?
