Right. To me, Christians preaching their false beliefs is equivalent to pissing on the world. So what?

I do not see a zombie nativity scene as an expression of religion. It is an expression of vicious animosity. So it is an affront to his religious liberty, this state sponsored persecution of the zombie nativity? You agree?
Well, in a free society, we should certainly be free to **** on one another at will. Lets see who wins.Right. To me, Christians preaching their false beliefs is equivalent to pissing on the world. So what?

Yep, one that is certainly deserving of Hell. But I'm glad you made the connection between zombies and homosexuality. So I will just redefine anti-gay discrimination and anti-woman discrimination for "religious convictions" as "vicious animosity" and we are settled. Thanks for clearing this up; I was worried that you were going to be one of those dreadful fools who believed in intellectual honesty and consistency. I know now that you are just an average poor Christian soul.
That's quite a hack-up-and-piece-back-together way to present someone else's post. Now the post makes a lot more sense. Yes, if zombie nativity scenes is a form of gay pride, it should be banished from society altogether.
Christmas should be about Christ. Wrongly, I'm quite proud to say that I did not purchase one item of anything for this Christmas. Wrongly, because it's not so good to be so proud. Yet it was most refreshing to not participate in the "consumer orgy" as you put it so well. That's quite a hack-up-and-piece-back-together way to present someone else's post.
I think the zombie nativity looks pretty cool. And honestly, what is more sacrilegious? A man who wanted a nativity who used the haunted house props he already owns, or the mountains of junk we buy to celebrate a day that is supposed to be, for Christians, about their birth of that baby in nativity? Having the walking dead fill in for the characters, or kicking the holiday season off by trampling people to death?
I would hope those who filed this complaint have their own priorities straight and do not partake in the consumer orgy of holiday shopping.

I am wondering how it is that you feel justified in suggesting that something that I personally believe is at all a reflection of the religion of Christianity. That's just like me suggesting that just because statistics show that a black person is more likely to commit rape or murder that that somehow that is a gross failure of the black race. Please, for God's sake show me that your statement is not as bigoted as it appears to be.That statement is a remarkably simple and clear example of one of Christianity's deepest failures as a religion.

You're free to make your Christmas as much about Christ as you want. Mine had no Jesus in it, which is just fine, too.Christmas should be about Christ.
Is the novel "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies" the equivalent of pissing on Jane Austen? To me, a zombie nativity scene at Christmas is equivalent to pissing on Christians everywhere.
Huh....so there was a prequel to Pride & Prejudice & Zombies, eh?Is the novel "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies" the equivalent of pissing on Jane Austen?

Then perhaps you can try to explain yourself, this time being more clear.Relax, your fears of my statement being bigoted are based entirely on your abysmal inability to grasp the meaning of it. No need for you to worry yourself at all.
I disagree. It's not fine, and apparently displaying a zombie nativity scene is not only offensive to Christians, but also illegal. You're free to make your Christmas as much about Christ as you want. Mine had no Jesus in it, which is just fine, too.
Yes, I believe it is.Is the novel "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies" the equivalent of pissing on Jane Austen?

It wasn't its zombieness that made it illegal; it was its dimensions and distance from the house and property line. A similar non-zombie nativity would have been just as illegal.I disagree. It's not fine, and apparently displaying a zombie nativity scene is not only offensive to Christians, but also illegal.
So are all the people who like and respect Jane Austen but also like the zombie version deluding themselves?Yes, I believe it is.
