"Theism" isnt a personal description of belief. Atheists have to define what atheism means

Anyways, the reason why atheism would have two meanings, and theism only one meaning, is again , because of the atheos》atheism》 then theism definition

This has made the usage awkward, because they tried to create a "definition" after the "a"or anti-definition.

Not to mention they created a obscure definition

The word atheist comes from the Greek root atheos meaning "without gods" dating back to 5th century bce. It is not modern day people just slapping an "a" in front of the word theist, but rather a word people have used since 500 yrs before the birth of Jesus to describe themselves as people who live without belief in a god.

I'm sorry if you don't like words having multiple meanings, but welcome to English semantics.
In the English language, you have hundreds of thousands of words that can have different meanings in different contexts.

Your label has more than one meaning, and being it is only an anti'or 'a'concept, it therefore has no inherent meaning.

Ie, I don't care if your label has no meaning.

No, atheism is the dis-belief in deity, not the "absence". There is a difference
No, atheism is just the absence of belief in deities. Atheists may believe in the non-existence of gods on top of that, but this isn't required to be an atheist.

Technically the correct term for somebody who directly disbelieves in a diety is an Anti-Theist. An Atheist might not want the term applied considering the hate also tied to it, but that is the term.

I think theists don't realize they are atheist as well. If I ask a Christian if they believe in zues they would say no, so they are atheist in there belief of zues. The only difference between people who call themselves atheist and the majority of people who call themselves theists is atheists just go one god further.

Yeah... that's insane. It asserts the actual existence of Zeus. It shows the person who argues such as no kind of atheist.

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.

Makes sense. I like it.

-One without God's.-

Shows how confusing people make things out to be over something so straightforward as that.
