I have a book written by God that claims we don't exist.

I'm having a hard time downloading it though.

Copyright issues most likely.
This updating of god sure does create alot of problems. He sure learns fast. Used to be he just used his finger and wrote it out on stone now we'll likely get it in triplicate if you ever get it downloaded.:run:

Tired of being called a sinner ?

It's just a word, why do those who don't believe put so much weight into it ?

We don't. It's just annoying. Whether or not you believe that you're a whore, being called one still is insulting and annyoing, right? It's the same with being called a sinner. I don't believe in such a thing, but it's the implication, along with the assumptions it makes about me.

I think many times people don't want to discuss or be associated with words that express mortality, pain, hopelessness or makes them feel uncomfortable or fearful, like death, hell, disease and sin.

Sure, sometimes that happens, but not most of the time, and that's not what's happening here. Nice try, though.

Could be.
But then you have all those who feel the need to point out in others their own flaws.
Not to mention the ones who have to call others sinners in order to feel good about themselves.
Or the ones who merely parrot what others tell them without any thought of their own applied to it.
or the ones.....

Maybe I'm just having a bad day, but I am really getting tired of being labelled a sinner just because I don't believe in religions definition of God. Is it just me or is anyone else tired of the slogan, we are sinners and we must repent or be sent to hell for eternity. Why do people believe this stuff and why do they think it's alright to tell others this stuff too. Don't they see how hurtful and condescending this is? Sorry, but I'm really tired of the label my family and others give me and other's like me. Usually I'm pretty upbeat about it and let it slide off my back, but today it's getting to me a lot.
Look them square in the eye and tell them, "That's the pot calling the kettle black!" And walk off. Or, keep asking, "Who says?" in response to everything they say.

How about:
"Takes one to know one."
"People tend to see themselves the most in others."

"I know you are but what am I?"
"I'm rubber, your glue..."
"Sticks and stones..."

"It is better to rule in Hell than serve in Heaven."

I think I'll try the Who says one. I kinda like that one best. Thanks sojourner!

Yea I can see how that would do it!:D However, I probably shouldn't use that one either.
Just say:
"Matthew 7:5"

Nothing more.
Nothing less.
Refuse to talk to them for about 20 minutes afterwards.
Then if they start again say:
"Matthew 7:5"
