So, the SCOTUS just released a decision on the Bump Stock that the Trump administration had banned after the 2017 mass killing in Las Vegas. The SC overturned the ban with a party line vote, 6-3, with the conservatives allowing the Bump Stock to be available while the liberals supported the ban. This includes the "right to life" Barrett who I would have thought would consider America's children in her thinking. Imagine if Clinton had won in 2016 and she appointed moderate justices who would have recognized the threat of these machine guns.
The absurdity of their anti-social decisions is that they are being overly idealistic rather than pragmatic. They seem to think the constitution is more important than the citizens it is meant to help organize and rule. The irony is that they all claim to be pro-life but in reality life is less important than what they believe the constitution should say. Those six are a disgrace to even common decency as being killed by so many guns is the #1 killer of children in America. To the right, guns and the NRA are far more important than our fellow Americans.
There are so many examples of this, if one is only willing to listen to him. That's what I can't understand -- apparently, his supporters are not listening to him, or else they think he's so god-like that he must be speaking way above their heads. This, and the shark/electrocution spiel are just two amazing, bewildering examples. There are lots more.Which candidate should we trust — and what sort of country do we want to live in?
"I have broken Elton John records, he seems to have a lot of records, and I by the way don't have a musical instrument. I don't have a guitar or an organ. No organ. Elton has an organ and lots of other people helping. No, we've broken a lot of records. We have broken virtually every record. Because you know look I only need this space. They need much more room. For basketball, for hockey and all of the sports, they need a lot of room. We don't need it. We have people in that space. So we break all of these records. Really, we do it without, like, the musical instruments. This is the only musical: the mouth. And hopefully the brain is attached to the mouth. Right? The brain, more important than the mouth, is the brain. The brain is much more important."

Nice to know Dotty Donnie is running against Elton John.
Quit sqying those "To the right'automatically make guns and the NRA more importnt than our fellow Americans. Maybe the MAGA team does but I am definitely more right than left and I don't do that. Those six are a disgrace to even common decency as being killed by so many guns is the #1 killer of children in America. Let's put it this way. Without guns there wouldn't even be an America. Those six are a disgrace to even common decency as being killed by so many guns is the #1 killer of children in America. To the right, guns and the NRA are far more important than our fellow Americans.
Set the bar a little lower why don'tcha!apparently, his supporters are not listening to him, or else they think he's so god-like that he must be speaking way above their heads.
I was speaking generally as the surveys have shown, thus not meant to be a stereotype that would include all. My bad.Quit sqying those "To the right'automatically make guns and the NRA more importnt than our fellow Americans. Maybe the MAGA team does but I am definitely more right than left and I don't do that.
I used to invent Trump quotes for the purpose of humor. They were so off the wall I figured no one would think they were real, but many took them seriously. Trump is so disturbed that you can't create a fake enough quote that isn't belivable. You could include racial slurs and people would think Trump capable of saying them. That's just Trump being Trump. There are so many examples of this, if one is only willing to listen to him. Also guns don't kill people. People kill people.
Don't forget that.
Poe's law corollary,I used to invent Trump quotes for the purpose of humor. They were so off the wall I figured no one would think they were real, but many took them seriously. You misspelled B-i-d-e-n, and you did it 5 times.I used to invent Trump quotes for the purpose of humor. Reduced to i'm rubber, you're glue bounce of me and stick to you. Definitely Trump level mentality. You misspelled B-i-d-e-n, and you did it 5 times.
That is very clever. You misspelled B-i-d-e-n, and you did it 5 times.
No worries. I just want to point out that "the right" doesn't necessarily mean "MAGA." If your surveys are claiming the two as one, then you may need to look at other surveys.I was speaking generally as the surveys have shown, thus not meant to be a stereotype that would include all. My bad.
The surveys I've seen on the matter didn't separate MAGA from other Pubs. In general, Republicans tend to be more against toughening our gun control laws but obviously not all Pubs are that way.No worries. I just want to point out that "the right" doesn't necessarily mean "MAGA." If your surveys are claiming the two as one, then you may need to look at other surveys.
People armed with guns kill far, far more people than people armed with sticks, knives or bows and arrows. And bump stocks give them even more fire-power. Heck, you can take out dozens and dozens more of those nasty shoppers and their kids with a bump stock modified semi than you can with a derringer before you get taken out yourself.Let's put it this way. Without guns there wouldn't even be an America.

Republicans and Democrats you mean?
