Trump is divisive in every country, by design. That's how he gains support and stays relevant. If he wasn't divisive, he'd have gone away by now. I doubt he has much support at all among socialists, since he's against socialism. But yes, right-wing populists definitely support him.

That's an odd assortment of countries they picked, but I would note that some of the percentages appear comparable to what we might expect in the U.S.

Trump is divisive in the U.S. I don't believe Trump has a majority of support - maybe about a third, perhaps less, of hardcore support. Then there's a strong base of opposition to Trump, but then there's more than a few who seem to be apathetic or undecided or see it more as making a choice of the lesser of two evils.

I just see this as the long-term consequence of generations of corruption and internal rot within our system. Things had to break down eventually, as some of us concluded 30-40 years ago.
