Trump Puts Women Off Sex. Surprise

This has been one of the most entertaining weeks I had in a long time. Every time I think they're done with the nonsense, someone thinks of something else. It's better than going to a stand up comedy :tearsofjoy:
Those women need to get a life.

I pointed out that the program focused on LGBT issues and gender issues, rather than American citizens as a whole.
And I can go on and on and on about the many programs that don't directly benefit the majority but do benefit society as a whole, including LGBT rights.
so focusing on their social life only is insufficient.
You and other conservatives are the only ones who do that.

Yes I agree, I think these women want a life where the human right to bodily autonomy is respected.
I don't see any danger for their bodily autonomy, but if they do and not having sex with their spouse is the way to accomplish that, I just fell sorry for the poor dude who lives with them. On the positive side, if they don't have sex they won't reproduce and their IQ won't be passed on.

And yet he stands for actually not allowing that. Last time he even considered making it so we are stuck with what's on our birth certificate, no changing it on anything.
And let's be realistic, Trump says a lot of things but does something else. This is because he knows his supporters will eat up whatever lies he fabricates and he's only in it for himself.
45% of voting Latinos went for Mango Mussolini. They will be the next ones thrown under the bus when he starts deporting their families. Trump has said he will deport children born in the US to undocumented migrants. Do you think Trump will be bothered by the fact the the US Constitution says those children are US citizens?

Most people aren't handicapped but accommodating this group benefits us all.
And who gives a crap about the majority? At one time the majority felt women should totally be submissive to their husband amd black people shoukd be slaves and know their place.
And more bad points?
Women couldn't vote in the US until 1920.

Blacks were still being lynched in the US in the 1950's. During the same time, Jews were routinely discriminated against here.

During the 1960's pollution in the US was out of control. From the period of 1868 until 1969 the Cuyahoga River in Ohio caught fire at least 13 times because of toxic chemicals being dumped into it.

So tell me again, when was America great?

To clarify, you are saying you feel bad for a guy who puts his spouse's bodily autonomy in danger because she refuses to have sex with him?

No. I feel bad for a guy whose wife doesn't want to have sex with him because the majority of the population elected someone she doesn't like. Guess what? The result of the election is not going to change. The health of their relationship might.

They're only making themselves suffer because of their resentment (unless this is just a bizarre way for them to come out as lesbian), so this is really hilarious. Plenty of other women out there, the vast majority in fact. Lol.
Yes, this is beyond silly.

For the record ...there are also women who have been in menopause for years...among dem voters.

Someone please tell them they can't gey pregnant...even if they have unprotected sex.

Thanks for the clarification! That makes more sense.

The danger to bodily autonomy is real; if a women has less of an ability to aquire medical help related to reproduction, it stands to reason she may not want to have sex. Hopefully, her spouse recognizes and respects that.

For the record, I don't think withholding sex will be an effective thing from a protest standpoint in this case, unless a majority of women do so. I see that as unlikely. The practical thing is for those women who are fearful about pregnancy without medical support.

Okay, I'll go tell them! If you could get me their addresses and maybe pay some of the gas money that would be helpful.

Just out of curiosity, what exactly was the medical support they had before but now lost?

In what way? And, should one vote for a President just based on economic perspectives?
Well, I'm a small retail business owner. Been in business 32 years. Seen a lot of changes throughout these years. The best economy during my time in business were the Clinton years. 2nd was the Trump years. BTW, I'm not republican, I'm an independent. As to the second part of your question? That's something each person has to decide for themselves.

Abortion rights. Under a completely conservative government, family planning in general is now going to be at risk.

"Thomas, in a concurring opinion to the court’s precedent-breaking decision overturning Roe v. Wade and wiping out constitutional protections for abortion rights, said that he would do away with the doctrine of 'substantive due process' and explicitly called on the court to overrule the watershed civil rights rulings in Griswold v. Connecticut, Lawrence v. Texas and Obergefell v. Hodges."

"Senate Republicans blocked legislation Wednesday that would enshrine a federal right to access contraception, sinking the Democratic-led measure.

The vote on the Right to Contraception Act was 51-39, falling short of the 60 votes needed to defeat a filibuster and move the bill forward. Republicans said it was unnecessary because the use of birth control is already protected under Supreme Court precedent."

Have you considered your success during Trump's years was due to Obama's economic gains?

As to the second part of your question? That's something each person has to decide for themselves.

I think it's important for everyone. A good economy is no excuse for a polluted environment and loss of civil rights.

Not really. This is something that happens every administration. If the economy is good his opponents say it's because of his predecessor where his supporters say it's because of him.

As an outdoorsman, I'm certainly against a polluted environment and hope we will do better going forward for all our sakes. Loss of civil rights? I didn't see that in his first 4 years. I'm sure you'll disagree. That's fine. But in these last four years there was a lot of internet censorship that wasn't there before. For instance, I had to be careful not to even say the word Covid on my podcast lest my video get taken down, unless of course I was praising the pharmaceutical companies. Not saying who was right, but that's not free speech, of which I am an advocate.

Another good reason why voting for Trump wasn't a good way to help with men's issues.
Only Liberal men will suffer, since the conservative women remain the same, for their men. This may unknowingly lure more liberal men to become conservative men; where the girls are. The cause and effect shows just how organic the MAGA movement is. 4B also means less abortion. Abortion made more sense when liberal women do the opposite.
