Juries often get it wrong, especially when they saw how Los Angeles suffer when a jury didn't convict 3 cops based on edited video. Or how the "peaceful" black lives matter thugs killed 25 people and caused 2 billion in damage after some black guy died in Minneapolis.
Twelve ordinary people can easily be intimidated into ruling the way society's violent Left wants them to.

I didn't say he was. I said a jury found him guilty of rape.

Civil suits are not hard to win.

If I remember correctly, Trump relied on his deposition and declined to step into the witness box where he could face cross-examination. If he were as innocent as he claims, why does he run so many miles away to avoid having his own evidence tested?

I mean really. A woman won a $2.8 million lawsuit against McDonald's for stupidly putting hot coffee between her les.

Did Trump put hot coffee between his legs? Between her legs? How is this relevant?

If he is guilty of rape, why no criminal charges and trial?

Correct me if I'm wrong but from memory the NY statute of limitations for criminal actions had applied, but a window had been opened to allow old civil actions and the case was brought taking advantage of that window.

Has anyone been keeping up with the Hunter Biden gun trial. One very significant event that occurred, connected to Trump and his days in the Kangaroo Courts, was the DOJ presented the Hunter Biden Laptop into evidence, since it had e-mails that are being used for evidence.

The significance of this is the Democrats, FBI, DOJ and fake news have conspired to deny the laptop was real, since 2020. They claimed it was Russian disinformation. Now that the laptop appears in court, for all to see, its validity shows there was continued political coverup and con job by the Democrats at all levels. They first did the Russian Collusion Coup, then they did laptop cover up, that allowed them to interfere in the 2020 election, via Social Media Censorship, and now degenerated to the kangaroo court scams. There was a pattern of lawlessness by these con men and women who think they are above the law and are untouchable.

There are also email in the laptop that substantiate the witness testimony that the Big Guy "Joe", was in on many of the business deals. This has also been denied by the Democrat Con Job Chorus, slandering witnesses; witness tampering. With the laptop conspired to be kept in FBI storage, many lies were kept alive. Now that the laptop is real and cannot be denied, the Trump trial now have a new defense; political motivation.

The motive for the Kangaroo Courts was, if Trump is elected, knowing the truth from their lies, he will ruin all the liars. The future will also show the same group of con artists had a hand in the Capital riots. The Democrats declined the National Guard Protection, that could have avoided the riot. However, their slogan has been to never let a serious crisis go to waste. They wanted the riots to happen, since their over confidence; untouchable, decided it could be spun against Trump and his people, and also cover their own tracks with fake news. They go away with it with the laptop from hell.

Healing the Country will require all these con job crooks have their days in court and receive what they deserve for their continued intrigue that resulted in harming others; politically, professionally and personally and dividing the country with their lies and intrigue. Once the ring of liars are gone, their minions will settle and the healing can begin.

Saying that they will prosecute a specific person as a part of their campaign is totally opposite of saying they will prosecute all criminals.
Also, when someone says, "He was prosecuted because he was guilty", they're setting aside the "innocent unless proven guilty" idea that our justice system is (or used to be) based on.
But it's not surprising when liberals are willing to set aside the foundation of our legal system when they're more interesting in targeting political opponents. That's what makes liberals the true enemy of democracy.

Hardly elusive. Threats of violence and anarchy worked for liberals during their BLM days, and also when they perpetrated the Jan. 6th show at the Capitol.

I agree it was too hot. But why would anyone get a hot beverage that comes in those flimsy cups and then put it between their legs?

And she probably would have complained if it wasn't hot enough.
