Tax fraud, witness tampering, disbarred lawyer, pardoned by Trump.
Sounds more suited to DOJ, eh.

I wonder how this choice will be defended?
It has to do with the two tiered injustice system. For example, how many Democrats, who child molested young girls over Epstein's Mansion were convict of child abuse or rape ? The answer is none, because of the two tier system. The truth can be buried or it can be amplified based on who is involved.
Trump was targeted for having classified information, even though Presidents can declassify anything. While Hillary and Biden, neither of which were President at the time, both skate free. Now that President Elect Trump won the Presidential nomination, the rules changed for him, since President elects are exempt from the law fare. Those two tier federal charges were dismissed. It is funny how that works.
Trump was on trial in the Spring for business fraud, based on victimless crime. It recently came out, that internal polling for the Harris and Trump election, never had the DNC ahead, yet the Harris and DNC lied that they were even or ahead, as the sales pitch used to defraud donors out of $1.5 billion. Will Harris and the DNC go to trial for business fraud? It is called a two tier injustice system. She might, since there is a new sheriff in town. Donors from NYC, can use the precedent that set up just for Trump. If that can be used to reach a former President, it can also reach a former VP. Or should the dual justice system step in?
The choice of Kushner was merit and not a two tier justice stain on his record.
