Tax fraud, witness tampering, disbarred lawyer, pardoned by Trump.
Sounds more suited to DOJ, eh.

I wonder how this choice will be defended?
Felons stick together?
Btw, yawn... The elected pres is a convicted felon. When you can top that let me know.

Unfortunately, elections have consequences. Vote in an ignorant clown and there should be no surprise that insanity ensues.

Why does it need defending?

Seems nothing was illegal about it.

There's another way.
Seems nothing was illegal about it.
Excerpted...
In 2005, he was convicted of illegal campaign contributions, tax evasion, and witness tampering after hiring a prostitute to seduce his brother-in-law, arranging to record a sexual encounter between the two, and sending the tape to his sister. He was sentenced to two years' imprisonment, which he served in the Federal Prison Camp, Montgomery. As a convicted felon, he was also disbarred in three states. The case was prosecuted by Chris Christie, who said Kushner committed "one of the most loathsome, disgusting crimes" he ever prosecuted.[5]

Elections have consequences. Unfortunately our electorate voted for the reprobate Trump. We need to get beyond the outrage and shift into resistance. IMHO.

Maffia also chooses people who fit their agenda
1) Be able to lie under oath, without blinking
2) Be able to kill when needed
3) Well ... you get my drift
I wonder how this choice will be defended?
That is exactly the point:
No need to defend
IF you select all crooks

So what?

Obviously it isn't that illegal to disqualify him from office.

Traditionally, ambassadorships have been given out as rewards to wealthy donors. It's a way of giving wealthy idiots a prestigious reward for loyalty, while not giving them anything important enough or powerful enough that they could screw up. It doesn't matter if they have any actual foreign service qualifications or even if they know anything about the country they're being sent to.

And people wonder why U.S. foreign policy is so screwed up as it is. It's because the diplomatic service has been used a spoils system for incompetents.

It has to do with the two tiered injustice system. For example, how many Democrats, who child molested young girls over Epstein's Mansion were convict of child abuse or rape ? The answer is none, because of the two tier system. The truth can be buried or it can be amplified based on who is involved.

Trump was targeted for having classified information, even though Presidents can declassify anything. While Hillary and Biden, neither of which were President at the time, both skate free. Now that President Elect Trump won the Presidential nomination, the rules changed for him, since President elects are exempt from the law fare. Those two tier federal charges were dismissed. It is funny how that works.

Trump was on trial in the Spring for business fraud, based on victimless crime. It recently came out, that internal polling for the Harris and Trump election, never had the DNC ahead, yet the Harris and DNC lied that they were even or ahead, as the sales pitch used to defraud donors out of $1.5 billion. Will Harris and the DNC go to trial for business fraud? It is called a two tier injustice system. She might, since there is a new sheriff in town. Donors from NYC, can use the precedent that set up just for Trump. If that can be used to reach a former President, it can also reach a former VP. Or should the dual justice system step in?

The choice of Kushner was merit and not a two tier justice stain on his record.

Didn't your party just bend over backwards to protect pedophile sex trafficker Matt Gaetz? As for Epstein, let's not forget that he was Trump's bestie and that they did some dark deeds together: https://www.scribd.com/document/326057168/Jane-Doe-Declaration-as-Filed

Oh, and let's not forget about Linda McMahon, who enabled the sexual abuse of children, and was appointed to lead the Department of Education by Trump: Ring boy scandal - Wikipedia

So it looks like the GOP is the pedophile party, and you're supporting it. *tsk* Very shameful.

Lots and lots of people where around Epstein. Does it mean they were pedophile’s or just part of a wealthy elite group?

"Bill Clinton has denied ever visiting Jefferey Epstein’s infamous private island in the Caribbean, but admitted to flying on the “odd” late pedophile’s plane in 2002 and 2003."

I wouldn't be surprised if Bill partook in that ****. If so put him and Trump in a cell together.

Trump is a criminal. His first priority is going to be the destroy the department of justice so it can't hold him and his criminal friends accountable. Then he can fill all the government agencies and the judiciary with fellow incompetents and criminals. He isn't going to drain the swamp, he IS THE SWAMP.
