The four gospels were written by the apostles who recorded what Jesus said and what they saw and experienced during their time with Him, so I don't know what your issue is there.

Paul never wrote anything of his own, Jesus told Paul what to write. Saul/Paul asked Jesus why are you asking me to preach the gospel, I don't know anything about it but Jesus said I will tell you what to write.

I won't mention Mary, the biological mother of Jesus because women are not allowed to preach. Mary was a sinner and she had lots of sex and many children so she is not a virgin either.
