Uganda to pass kill the gays bill

dgirl1986

Big Queer Chesticles!
Let's hope that any homosexual asylum seeker from Uganda is protected.

I wouldn't count on it, unless the laws change. If I remember rightly the man that was forced to go back got this verdict because the laws regarding seeking asylum did not list homosexuality or fear of persecution due to homosexuality as a valid reason.

Yes..... I expect that was the case. But a 'Kill the Gays' law passed by a country cannot be easily overlooked. Australia is very very careful about who it admits, but this should make a difference to all countries...... I hope.

The endless wars conducted under the leadership of secularist mafiosi like Obama is far worse in terms of its destructiveness and savagery.

I realized as much when you cheered Uganda for proposing such an abomination.

That is quite the non sequitur.

If it were people of your faith being loaded into an oven, I'm sure you would be screeching and squealing for international intervention.

I don't get how people can be so completely despicable. Why are governments so obsessed with what people do consensually in their homes?

I honestly have no words.

First, if anyone bothered to take a look at the bill, instead of listening to the controlled media in America, the UK, or Canada, you'd realize the bill won't sanction angry mobs going around and killing gay people. The only reason under which someone can be sentenced to death is if they knowingly transmit HIV to someone under 18 or with any sort of disability.

The bill should be called the "Save Human Life" or "Save the Family" bill instead.

Actually, my opinion of the bill was shaped primarily in a series of talks given by the Reverend Mark Kiyimba, who visited my old church last year. He has, among other things, received numerous death threats for his opposition to the bill on humanitarian grounds. And he's straight.

You can dress this up as "Save the Family" if you want, but it doesn't make what's happening over there any less an atrocity.

I confess I misread the bill a little at first. It had two parts. "Aggravated homosexuality", which targeted pedophiles and people like that and is punishable by death, and "the offense of homosexuality", which is basically everyone in a homosexual relationship. "Aggravated homosexuality" is an odd part of the bill, since homosexuals are far from the only people who does that. "The offense of homosexuality", which is life in prison, will send people to jail for no other crime then loving the wrong person and because of that it will ruin families and destroy lives. So you cant call it "Save Human Life" or "Save the Family" bill instead.

And it doesnt "save the family" for that matter. It will destroy it.

Now THAT is a true abomination

****... I must say that is one of those moments where I would wish a thunder came from the sky and simply eliminated those that would dare strike against lovers for their love.

Why the **** must humanity sink this low even in this day and age?

Yeah, this is one of those things that makes some days harder than others to see that God exists in all people, and all people exist in God. This sort of thing puts me sorely to the test.

So, to lock someone up for life, which means a much shorter life-span, for nothing more than having sexual attractions to another consenting adult of the same sex, is "saving human life?" Labeling a harmless sexual orientation as offensive and aggrivated is "saving the family?"

‘Aggravated homosexuality’ is defined as gay acts committed by parents or authority figures, HIV-positive people, pedophiles and repeat offenders. If convicted, they will face the death penalty.

Don't be fooled into thinking its just pedophiles.

The "repeat offenders" part could theoretically mean that anyone in a committed homosexual relationship could get executed. And personally I would be against the law even if it only targeted homosexual pedophiles, since its singling out homosexuals and because I dont think death is the right punishment for that crime.

You're right. That's too good for them.

lets not turn this isnt a thread about pedophilia ok?

People tend to focus on this aspect of the agressivated homosexuality, and fail to see the other items.
